Welcome
Meet Maxine
Integrative Body and Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner.

Founder of 7 Drops of Wellness — and a space holder for rest, regulation, and remembering.

Here in the peaceful coastal town of Jurien Bay, Western Australia, I’ve created a nurturing environment where you are invited to slow down, soften, and gently return to yourself.

My journey into this work began almost 30 years ago through my own healing. Massage was my first doorway — not simply physical touch, but a profound reconnection to my body. A remembering. A release of what had been held for far too long. That experience quietly changed the direction of my life.

I first qualified in remedial therapies on the Gold Coast in 1995, beginning what has now become a lifelong relationship with the human body. From early on, I was fascinated not only by how muscles functioned, but by how people felt when they left the room — lighter, steadier, clearer.

Over time, it became increasingly clear that what people were carrying was not just physical tension, but emotional load, responsibility, and nervous system fatigue.

And so my work began to deepen.

What began as structured therapeutic bodywork gradually expanded to include energy-based modalities, emotional clearing processes, and the mindful use of essential oils. Again and again I witnessed how creating safety within the body allows space for emotional release and renewed steadiness.

Today, my sessions reflect this integration.

I work gently yet intentionally — supporting muscular relief, fascial softening, and nervous system regulation within the same space. I am currently deepening my professional studies in somatic approaches and fascial-based therapies, continuing to refine how I support whole-body wellbeing.

Over the years I have come to believe this deeply:
The body holds wisdom.
The nervous system responds to safety.
And when we are met with presence and compassion, healing unfolds naturally.

When you step into 7 Drops of Wellness, you enter a space that is grounded, respectful, and unhurried.

You are not rushed.
You are not forced.
You are not expected to perform or explain.
Your body is listened to.
You are supported.

Each session is tailored to what your system needs that day — whether that is deeper therapeutic focus, gentle restorative touch, or simply space to soften and exhale.
Because when the body feels safe, it begins to let go of what it has been holding.

A space to regulate.
A space to restore.
A space to remember yourself.

Alongside one-on-one sessions, I also facilitate small, intimate gatherings and workshops in and around Jurien Bay — gentle spaces for connection, emotional wellbeing, natural living, and simple, conscious ways of caring for yourself and your home. These can also be thoughtfully tailored for private groups.

If you’re feeling the quiet nudge to reconnect with your body, soften your nervous system, and come home to yourself — I would be honoured to walk beside you.
